SUFFER WITH GOD

My dear one,

every moment

of day and night,

I suffer tears for someone,

tears crying out against uncaring.

Still, I remember how

God suffers tears for everyone,

be they good or be they bad.

So dear one.

if you truly crave

to be with the Ancient One,

learn how to suffer for others,

for it is in suffering

we are with God,

and not in selfish bliss.
