THE PHOENIX ARISES FROM ITS PYRE (3.2)

Greetings,

Exploitation directly results from the evolutionary instinct of hoarding resources for less plentiful seasons multiplied endlessly and grossly out of proportion to survival needs. Biological hoarding transformed into selfishness and greed to feed self-aggrandisement. Not to forget all the human-caused misery over the millennia to fellow humans.

Selfishness and greed feeding self-aggrandisement is the biosocial consequence of the complexity of the human central nervous system. And the development of self-awareness and the human mind.

However, there would be no civilisations without this pseudo flaw of biological evolution, the corruptions of egoism and greed. Social life would have remained at the level of the lower hominids. Clearly, the purpose of the universal driver is complexity. But complexity is not free. It introduces other problems sentient creatures and the Earth must deal with.

Regardless, trying events can grow our knowledge and being if we are awake and wise. Our understanding of our personal destiny depends on how consciously we live life. Living one’s life consciously and proactively requires two qualia. The first quale arises from a purposeful study of the structure and function of the physical and aphysical. I call this quale knowledge.

A seeker of knowledge observes their environment to understand the laws of the physical and psychoistic realms. They adhere to scientific methods to monitor defined systems and want to know the truth. They observe, hypothesise, and test, seeking a workable model of the scheme’s functions. Truth is not the experts’ mandate but is found in personal study and verification. The enlightened seeker does not attach or identify with their current model and refine it as needed.

The second quale is our level of being. By beingness, I am referring to the quality of our character. We see a flawed character in people stuck in egoism and hoarding goods for themselves alone. The refined character exists in those persons living altruistically and with generosity. The epitome of the exemplary character is Jesus Christ, Buddha, and our Masters, Saints, and Avatars.

Some people would equate beingness with spirituality or soulfulness.

Whenever I refer to the level of understanding an individual possesses, I refer to an individual excelling in both knowledge and beingness. They are balanced.

Imagine the outer columns of the Kabbalist Tree of Life. The left column we assign to Bina and the right one to Chesed. Bina records the knowledge level of a psychic or kesdjan body of a seeker. Chesed records the status of being attained by the seeker. When the seekers’ knowledge resonates with Bina, and their beingness resonates with Chesed, they are close to full enlightenment. As they move into Keter, the Crown, they fully understand the purpose of Creation. Their knowledge and beingness merge into complete understanding.

There are different ways to describe enlightenment. The pure Teachings of Christ speak of the enlightenment process as becoming centred in the Garden Kingdom of God within. Lord Buddha called it Nibbana with residue. Zen talks of the Original Mind or Face. The Taoists talk about immortality and resonance with the Tao.

Attuning to the Kingdom of the Garden within requires us to realise consciously we unknowingly live in a virtual world. Our brains create a personal aphysical world based on sensory data from our diurnal and nocturnal reality.

People who have learned to rise above personal egoism and selfishness are enlightened beings. The enlightened beings are super-conscious entities involved in the developing universal mind or Godhead.

Now that I have clarified our human condition and the endpoint of our universe, we can get onto these memoirs.
