Conversation with a Rose-Croix (50)

The Pentagram Ritual (35-3)

January 13, 2017

The Pope and Gabriel were waiting for the brides at the pentagram. The Pope stood in his ceremonial garb at the star point facing due South and facing into the pentagram. Gabriel stood at the center of the pentagram facing in the same direction as the Pope. The students had cleared a path between the Inn and the pentagram circle so the brides with their escorts would be unimpeded in the march to the pentagram.

Four trumpets sounded short blasts, one after another. On the ninth trumpet blast, Eleanor holding a basket of rose petals began down the steps and covered the brides’ walkway with red and orange rose petals. Following behind her, were Sophie escorted by Merlin on her outside and Allionia escorted by Tristan on her outside. Morgana followed behind the Brides.

As they walked toward the pentagram, all the birds in the meadow began to sing an ancient song of the First Ones. The young women and their escorts took two steps and stopped, and continued till they reached the pentagram. Tristan deposited Sophie at the point to Gabriel’s right. Merlin deposited Alliona at the point to Gabriel’s left. As they arrived as a unit, Gabriel rotated so that all three faced the Pope. The lower left point of the pentagram was occupied by Eleanor and Morgana, the right one by Tristan and Merlin.

The Pope began, “The First Temple constructed so to Honor the Holy of Holies, That which cannot be Described, That which is the Infinite and the Unfathomable, was built by the First Ones, the Elfin Race of Mythological Times. Within this Temple, the Elves conducted their Most Sacred Ceremonies. Such being the ceremonies for Holy Marriage, Holy Birth, and Holy Initiation.

“Today, we stand within the Spiritual Heart of such Holy Temple so to share in the Spiritual Joining of Lord Gabriel, the Immortal, who saved the Djinn from extinction long ago, with his Immortal Brides, the Princesses Alliona and Sophia. May the Holy Family Bless and Keep them Always.

“I ask the Brides to move to the center of the pentagram so to hold one of Gabriel’s hands. By doing such they blend their female essences with the male essence of their chosen Husband and Most Beloved.”

The Brides follow the instruction and after they join hands, a golden aura begins to form about the three.

The Pope continues, “Lord Gabriel, hast thou given the seed of Immortality to thy Brides?”

Gabriel replies, “Truly, it is so.”

“Alliona and Sophia, dost thou accept the Seed of Immortality from thy Husband?”

Both reply, “Truly, it is so.”

“Lord Gabriel, hast thou given thy worldly and kesdjan seed to thy Brides in Unconditional Love,” asked the Pope?

“Truly, it is so. All love must be Unconditional to be called True Love,” answered Gabriel.

The Pope asked, “Alliona and Sophia, dost thou accept Lord Gabriel’s twin-seed and allow your Holy Eggs to be fertilized by such seed?”

Both responded, “Yes, Father. We both are with child. The miracle occurring within the warmth of Unconditional Love.”

The Pope asked, “Who gives these Brides in the Holiest of all Unions?”

Morgana replied, “Eleanor and I vouch for Alliona, the Blessed Sister of Ariel.”

Merlin replied, “Tristan and I vouch for Sophia, the Blessed Sister of Ariel.”

“Then, I declare for all of the Universe, the Sacred Marriage of Alliona and Sophia to Lord Gabriel. So Mote It Be,” finished the Pope.

At that very moment, three Orbs of Golden Light appeared above the pentagram and tiny, white, Osmanthus blossoms fell onto the pentagram. The scent of the flowers filling the golden gnomon. A beautiful soft melody created by invisible bells was heard.

The Pope was caught off-guard, but being an expert in the unexpected said, “Another Miracle for this Holy Resurrection Day. The Holy Family has given Their Blessings. Let all of us give our Love and Blessing to this Trinity. God Bless them and God Bless all of us. This ends the ceremony.”

Morgana and Eleanor hugged and kissed each new wife. Then, they kissed and hugged the new husband. The Pope, Merlin, and Tristan did the same. Every eye in the village was wet with true love and joy and clapped for the Trinity.

The five guests from Nouseum walked over to the pentagram. The Princess saying to them, “This is a grander event than I imagined. It has been ages since the Holy Family visited Nouseum. The three of them have accomplished something new in this universe. I think there is Hope for all of us.”

Everyone hugged and kissed the newlyweds. The three golden orbs vanished, but the hidden one remained within the two pregnant wives. Great Granny Lydia congratulated the three of them saying, “Do not forget, I am going to remain in the village and take care of my new great-great granddaughters whenever they come visit.”

Now the celebration began in earnest. The villagers produced potent holy vodka for drinking, all home made. A lively band pulled out pipes, lutes, and hand drums. The kitchen grannies were getting ready to bring out the feast, but, Merlin waved his hand and the tables were loaded.

He went up to Astraceae asking, “Dear Lady, you and the others have worked hard enough. Will you join me at my table? I would be honored.”

Astraceae blushing replied, “Oh, Merlin, of course, I will join you at your table. Why do you think I have taken such good care of you for so many centuries?”

So Merlin and Astraceae sat down and so did all the grannies and their helpers.

Gabriel and his two wives sat at a table with his friends from Nouseum and Camelot. Gabriel whispered, “My darlings, alcohol is not a toxin for the eggs and sperm inside of you. So enjoy the libations. For in a week, no more alcohol until my little ones are being held in my arms.”

Sophie replied, “Why didn’t you tell us that we were supposed to make love the night before the wedding? Why do the Elves have such a custom? Besides, make sure you are not so drunk that you cannot make love to us. Alliona and I do have cravings for you, Husband.”

Alliona added, “We do have cravings for you, Husband. Sophie, we are really wives now. I love it.”

Gabriel laughed. He replied, “Darlings, the Elves are the most pragmatic of races. They get incredibly drunk at weddings so they are unable to make love. So they made a rule that you make love the night before. Smart bunch, the Elves. Always thinking ahead.”

After the feast was finished and the tables magically cleared, Gabriel stood up and announced, “Our family has found a present for each of you that I guarantee you will love. Close your eyes and open them when I saw now. Now.”

Everyone had a present sitting on the table where they were sitting. Gabriel was correct, and everyone loved his or her present. The Pope stood up, a little wobbly, but coherent, “Everyone who can stand must stand and the rest can toast where they are. Let us toast our love and appreciation to our dearest friend, Lord Gabriel, and his blessed wives.” All toasted the Trinity.

The Nouseum guests had returned in their carriage and were back in Nouseum.

It was very late and so Gabriel wished everyone home safe. He thanked all the elementals who had built the temple and who were dispersed within the crowd. Then, he requested that everyone go to bed and he took in an inhalation and the temple site was as it had been before the night before. Gabriel said, “Thank you Father Frost for this day with your dear Wife. All is returned as it is.”

Gabriel took Sophie and Alliona by their hands and up to Alliona’s bedroom. He undressed them both and laid them into the bed. Alliona opened her eyes saying, “Honey, you are not going to get out of making love with us on our wedding last night. I insist that you undress yourself right now, with my eyes open, and come to bed. Sophie look at our husband and how handsome he is naked.”

What could he do, but obey them? As he undressed him heard the voice of Ariel in his head, “Husband, it was a really nice ceremony. I am glad that my family came to share the joy with us. I am sorry I laughed at Caspar’s comment, but it was so true. Yes, come to bed and love the three of us.”
